Family time at Keats

My appologies for those who have been waiting for new blogs from me. I have been caught up in the world of face book and it is hard to fit both in as I would rather be outside now that we are having summer weather. That or playing with Ethan. But I will from time to time make sure that I continue to blog because I do know that some of you will not give up on seeing new pictures of Ethan or hearing about our lives. So I hope you enjoy these new pics because who knows how long it will take me next time. I guess I am keeping true to my personality that when I finally get around to something I do it big (so when I shop I do a major shop or when I blog I do many new posts..).

Boat ride to Keats

Ethan was not so sure of this life jacket buisness. But I think he liked the boat ride. Brian, Ethan and I went up to Keats for the May long weekend with Brians parents. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed a few walks inbetween all the rain.

Goin' on a airplane

Dad and Mom had a wedding to go to in Regina so Ethan and I went along for the trip. Ethan did such a great job with traveling! He loved looking at all the lights on the plane. His favorite was being over my shoulder looking at all the people behind us he would just laugh and bounce with excitment.

Easily Entertained

I am not sure who laughed more. Ethan could not stop giggling at his uncle Caleb's silly faces and noises.

Riders over taking my son

While we were staying in Regina we went to Taylor field to say hello to a coach who is friends with my parents. Before we could leave he spolied Ethan with a Rider outfit, stuffy, and football. Ethan loved chewing the ball and we are all hoping one day he will love the sport and learn to play not just put it in his mouth.

Here we are teaching Ethan good manners of sitting on tables in restaurants.

Erin and Caleb really loved spending time with us and Ethan while we were down there. It was so great to hang out and get to know Erin. It was wonderful to watch Caleb interact with Ethan as he is such an amazing uncle! It is interesting that now having Ethan how much more I desire to ahve my family close by to be involved in our lives.
